User reported that CAPS lock Led state was inverted after soldering a LED to their board. LED_PIN_ON_STATE defaults to 1, so just swap to low. Flashed board and now CAPS LED reflects the actual state |

Quantum Mechanical Keyboard Firmware
This is a keyboard firmware based on the tmk_keyboard firmware with some useful features for Atmel AVR and ARM controllers, and more specifically, the OLKB product line, the ErgoDox EZ keyboard, and the Clueboard product line.
